In the standard playlist flow, CB6 saves your email signup and then redirects you to a Feature.fm page. Feature.fm and Spotify conduct their portions of the process under their own terms and privacy policies. They do not pass your Spotify account details to CB6 through the configured completion URL. CB6 uses its first-party session to associate a returning browser with a pending signup when possible.
Feature.fm may separately ask whether you want to join an artist mailing list using information available through your Spotify connection. That checkbox is a separate consent handled by Feature.fm. CB6 does not rely on that checkbox as proof of consent for email addresses submitted directly to CB6.
The application also contains a direct Spotify authorization capability that may be used for testing or future functionality. If you use that capability, Spotify may provide CB6 with an account identifier, user identifier, email address, display name, country, authorized scopes, and access or refresh tokens. Tokens are encrypted in application storage. CB6 may also record requested and completed playlist actions. CB6 does not receive or store your Spotify password.

CB6 retains the address as a suppression record so it is excluded from future campaign sends unless you later provide fresh consent. Applicable law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
